Subject to the authority of the Board of Governors

Responsible for all academic matters including tenure, approval of new programs and departments, etc.

Chaired by the Principal, and includes Chancellor, Chair of the Board of Governors (or delegate), 5 Vice-Principals, 3 BoG Members, 52 faculty senators, 18 student senators, and 6 admin/support staff representatives
